Registration Form for Cooking Classes
Agreement for Attendance at a Tapawingo Cooking Class 2006
Please fill out the following form to join one of Tapawingo’s cooking classes. Please keep one copy and return a signed copy to Tapawingo. Each attendee must fill out a form, even if you are participating with a pre-arranged group. Earliest postmarks will determine enrollment in classes, or faxes accompanied by credit card numbers sent to Tapawingo.

Reservation and cancellation policy
The fee for a two-day class $390.
A $75 non-refundable fee is required to register for any class. The balance of the total fee must be received 60 days prior to the class you have chosen. If final payment is not received at this time, your deposit will be forfeited and your reservation opened to someone else. If you are unable to attend, a stand-in would be welcome.
One half of the final payment would be returned upon cancellation in the period 30 to 60 days in advance of the class. No refunds will be made in the period 30 days before the class date.
If it should become necessary to cancel a class, we will offer you an alternate class or a full refund. Classes are filled on a priority basis of earliest postmarks or faxes, accompanied by credit card numbers, sent to Tapawingo.
Classes for a group can be arranged. As most of our cooking classes do fill, we require a complement of 15 students for a group class. If the group is less than 15, the fee per person, is a 1/15th share of the total fees for fifteen class members.
